Shape a different kind of living and learning by tapping your innate creativity. Embodied practice is a portal to your emerging creative future. Using movement-based activities, somatic imagination, improvisation techniques and physical learning tools you will learn to notice your creative impulses and attune differently to your experience. By exploring what quite literally lies beyond, at the surface and beneath your fingertips you will learn to resource and grow your innate creativity. You might know this as intuition.

We can learn about creativity in the world from our innately creative embodied processes and responses. Have you ever stopped to wonder about what your gut feeling is? As humans we frequently have bodily indications about things that we pay little attention to. For example we might say things like I got a tingle down my spine or I could feel it in my bones or it made me grit my teeth. These phrases come from a visceral experience that is strong enough be consciously expressed through language. This is worthy of our attention.
