Adventures In The Field was an evidence-based experiential site designed by Live Particle as an interactive embodied practice manual. Treated like a self-paced course, this beautifully designed site was a meditation for the senses. Bringing embodied practices into your home, it got you moving, sounding and sensing day-to-day in your own way and exploring fascinating natural structures and systems inside and out.

AITF’s embodied methodology nourishes you as it caters for the many ways in which humans experience and learn. Foregrounding creativity, connection and care for self, others and environments, AITF draws upon a range of fields including experiential anatomy, somatic and creative arts therapies, neurophysiology and body-mind philosophy. The work has been informed by a range of somatic practices including Body-Mind Centering©, Yoga, Performance Practices, Alexander Technique, Improvisation, Embodied Flow©, Mindfulness Meditation, Extended Vocal Technique, Martial Arts Practices, Focussing and Contact Improvisation.
